Malathion 50% EC is a broad-spectrum insecticide used to control a wide range of pests in agriculture, public health, and household settings, including mosquitoes, flies, aphids, and cockroaches. It works as both a contact and stomach poison, interfering with the insect's nervous system to cause paralysis and death. The 50% EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate) formulation is versatile, suitable for foliar and surface sprays on crops like vegetables and fruits, as well as for controlling disease vectors and public health pests.

To use Malathion 50 EC, first, wear protective gear like gloves, a mask, and full-sleeve clothing. Mix 7 ml of the concentrate with 1 liter of water for domestic use, or 250-300 ml per acre for large applications, and spray evenly on affected plants or surfaces. Avoid spraying during strong sunlight or rain and adhere to the recommended pre-harvest interval (PHI) for crops to prevent residue issues
