MYCOMAN :

• Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhiza (VAM) is a beneficial, mutualistic symbiosis between certain soil fungi and plant roots. The fungus penetrates the root cells, providing the plant with water and immobile nutrients (like phosphorus and zinc) in exchange for photosynthesized carbohydrates.

SANGATHI :

• Trichoderma harzianum 1.0% WP (Wettable Powder) is a potent, eco-friendly biological fungicide and nematicide containing live spores of the beneficial fungus Trichoderma harzianum. It acts as a natural bio-control agent, protecting plant roots and seeds from soil-borne diseases by myco-parasitism and outcompeting harmful pathogens.

SUDOKU :

• Pseudomonas fluorescens 1.0% WP is a talc-based bio-fungicide containing a minimum of \(1 \times 10^{8}\) CFU/g of beneficial Pseudomonas fluorescens bacteria. It protects crops from soil- and seed-borne fungal diseases (like wilt, blight, and root rot), controls plant-parasitic nematodes, and promotes plant growth.

Key Features & Benefits

MYCOMAN :

• As a natural biofertilizer, VAM is highly valued in sustainable agriculture and ecosystem health for several reasons:
• Enhanced Nutrient Uptake: Dramatically increases the absorption of phosphorus, nitrogen, sulfur, zinc, and copper.
• Stress Tolerance: Helps plants survive abiotic stresses such as drought, soil salinity, and heavy metal toxicity.
• Disease Resistance: Strengthens the plant's natural defenses against root-borne pathogens and nematodes.
• Improved Soil Health: Fungal hyphae produce a sticky protein called glomalin, which binds soil particles together, preventing erosion and improving water retention and aeration

SANGATHI :

• Fungal Diseases Controlled: Effectively suppresses Fusarium, Pythium, Rhizoctonia, Sclerotinia, and Phytophthora (causes wilt, damping-off, and root rots).
• Nematode Suppression: Helps control plant-parasitic root-knot nematodes.
• Plant Health: Stimulates robust root development, enhances nutrient and water uptake, and builds systemic resistance to environmental stresses.

SUDOKU :

• Disease Prevention: Acts as a systematic biocontrol agent that prevents major soil-borne and seed-borne diseases like wilt, root rot, damping-off, and blight.
• Pest Suppression: Highly effective as a natural nematicide, suppressing damaging nematodes (like Root-knot and cyst-forming nematodes) that attack crops.
• Enhanced Growth: Produces growth-promoting substances that boost root development, improve nutrient uptake, and increase overall crop yields by 15-25%.
• Systemic Resistance: Triggers the plant's natural immune system, making it more resilient to climate-related stresses and external infections.
• Safe and Sustainable: Leaves zero toxic residue, is safe for the environment, and helps reduce reliance on harsh chemical fungicides by up to 50–70%

Mode of Action

MYCOMAN :

• MYCOMAN are nothing but a fungus root association. Vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizae (VAM) is an obligate symbiont and they cannot be cultured in nutrient medium. They help in plant growth through their hyphae that absorb phosphorus from the labile pool.

SANGATHI :

• SANGATHI (Wettable Powder) is a powerful, eco-friendly bio-fungicide. Its mode of action relies on four primary mechanisms that outcompete and destroy harmful plant pathogens while boosting the crop's natural defenses.
• Substrate & Nutrient Competition: The beneficial fungi grow rapidly on roots and in the soil, actively consuming available carbon and nutrients. This starves harmful pathogens of their food sources and leaves them with no physical space to colonize the plant roots.
• Mycoparasitism: The Trichoderma hyphae actively sense pathogenic fungi (like Fusarium or Rhizoctonia), coil around them, and secrete lytic enzymes (such as chitinases and glucanases) that break down the pathogen's cell walls.
• Antibiosis: It produces secondary metabolites and volatile compounds that are highly toxic to pathogenic fungi and plant-parasitic nematodes, directly destroying them in the root zone.
• Induced Systemic Resistance (ISR): Trichoderma triggers the plant's own internal defense mechanisms, preparing the crop to fight off future infections more effectively. This process also stimulates root development and nutrient uptake

SUDOKU :

• SUDOKU as an antagonistic bacteria that produces iron-chelating siderophores, antibiotics, and lytic enzymes to starve and destroy harmful plant pathogens.
